In accordance with the challenges brought out by modern times, it is necessary to adapt to the new circumstances in the field of education. Classical education programs do not provide enough opportunities for individual development, so recently there are many noticeable attempts to refresh existing programs through the introduction of new educational techniques with the aim of better knowledge acquisition in school and preschool age.

Successful Chess players in School, District, State, National & International level Chess Tournaments are eligible for admission in ‘sports quota’ of all major Colleges & Universities in India.
Under the revamped regulations of GOI, individuals who excel in events such as the Khelo India Youth Games (for participants aged 18 and above), Khelo India Winter Games, Khelo India Para Games, and Khelo India University Games will now qualify for government employment opportunities. Furthermore, achievers in the School Games Federation of India will also maintain their eligibility for such positions.
A notable inclusion in the updated guidelines is the establishment of clear criteria for national and international chess competitions, ensuring equitable opportunities for chess enthusiasts. Additionally, individuals who have represented the nation or a state in either international or national events, or demonstrated success in junior national tournaments, will be eligible for employment. A structured hierarchy based on sporting achievements will be adhered to for prioritizing candidates.

The course structure is divided into different levels of learning with mandatory sessions of theory & practical classes considering chess awareness, basic knowledge and seriousness of students.
Student Transition from one level to another level will be determined through Internal Tests comprising of
Worksheets & few study materials will be provided to the students free of cost. Other Books/materials suggested by Coaches time to time has to be purchased by the students from market or Academy authority.
Maximum trainers recommend 5-6 years as the right age to start the chess journey of a child. Just at the same time, they are about to start school. But with the ever increasing IQ of young minds, a child can certainly begin to learn chess today at 4 years also, especially if they show interest. The key is to keep the experience light- hearted and engaging. By focusing on fun and gradual learning, fostering a lifelong love for the game can be achieved.
